Moving Distilling Forward

iStill wants to help Craft Distillers move forward. To achieve that goal, innovation is everything. This Keynote is about innovations. New technologies that make distilling top shelf product easier. New support that helps Craft Distilling to grow further and to outcompete “Big Alcohol” on each and every level.

What we announced

The iStill Mini

Setting-up a distillery usually starts with product development.
How do you want your whiskey, gin, vodka or rum to taste like?

The iStill Mini is our 6 liter product development still.
It can do pot distilling, column distilling, and extracting. It comes with power management and reflux management. The iStill Mini even has an agitator! Small though it is, the iStill Mini does everything the bigger production units do. So if you design your spirit on the Mini, that recipe is perfectly scalable to the iStill 100, 500, 2000, or 5000!
